When should I activate my subscription?

Once you receive and install your Atlas Alert camera, you may activate your subscription through this page. After purchasing the subscription, simply sign in to the Atlas Alert app using the same email address used at checkout. Your subscription will automatically link to your account and unlock all AI-powered features within the app.

Do I need a subscription to view my horse?

No. You can still view your horse live without a subscription. A subscription is only required to access AI-powered monitoring, alerts, and advanced features.

How can I manage my subscription settings?

You can manage your subscription through the AI Membership Portal, which is accessible from the header of our website. Simply log in using the same email address you used when purchasing your subscription. From there, you can cancel or pause your subscription and update your payment method at any time.

What AI features does the subscription give me?
