After purchasing the subscription, simply sign in to the Atlas Alert app using the same email address used at checkout. Your subscription will automatically link to your account and unlock all AI-powered features within the app.

No. You can still view your horse live without a subscription. A subscription is only required to access AI-powered monitoring, alerts, and advanced features.

Simply log in using the same email address you used when purchasing your subscription. From there, you can cancel or pause your subscription and update your payment method at any time.
