The beginning
Atlas changed everything.
The loss of Atlas created the question that became the foundation of the company.
The Atlas Alert mission
Atlas Alert was created after the loss of my horse, Atlas. That experience changed the way I thought about barn cameras, horse care, and the moments when an owner cannot physically be there.
Our mission is to build smarter monitoring specifically for horses—technology that helps owners stay connected, notice meaningful changes, and respond with greater awareness.

Our story
Atlas was part of the rhythm of everyday life. Like so many horse owners, I knew his habits, his personality, and the small details that made him who he was.
When I lost him, the grief was overwhelming. But alongside that grief was a question I could not stop asking: what if a camera could do more than simply record what had already happened?
Traditional cameras show a stall, but they still depend on someone opening the app, watching at the right moment, and recognizing that something has changed. Atlas Alert began with the belief that horse owners deserve another layer of awareness when they cannot be standing in the barn themselves.
Our journey so far
The beginning
The loss of Atlas created the question that became the foundation of the company.
The question
The idea shifted from simply recording a stall to building technology that could help owners notice meaningful changes.
The build
Atlas Alert was designed around live cameras, intelligent notifications, and horse-focused insights in one system.
Today
Every improvement is measured against the reason Atlas Alert began: can this help an owner feel more informed and better prepared?
I cannot change what happened to Atlas. What I can do is build something that helps other horse owners feel more connected, more informed, and better prepared when something does not look right.
Why the name matters
I cannot change what happened to Atlas. What I can do is build something that helps other horse owners feel more connected, more informed, and better prepared when something does not look right.
Atlas Alert is not meant to replace horse owners, barn managers, trainers, or veterinarians. It is meant to support them—to watch when they cannot, identify meaningful changes sooner, and provide information that may help them make faster, better decisions.
Every camera, every alert, and every new feature carries Atlas's name forward. That is why this company exists.
