By accessing or using the Atlas Alert website, mobile application, cameras, subscriptions, or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Products & Services

Atlas Alert continually improves its products and may modify hardware, software, AI features, pricing, subscriptions, or specifications without prior notice. Features may vary by product, subscription level, or region.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory shortages. Prices are shown at checkout and applicable taxes and shipping charges may apply.

Subscriptions

Atlas Alert AI services require an active subscription. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Subscription Policy and Refund Policy.

AI Monitoring Disclaimer

Atlas Alert is designed to assist horse owners by providing AI-powered monitoring and notifications. It is not a substitute for veterinary care, human supervision, or emergency services. Alerts may not detect every health issue, emergency, or abnormal behavior.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Ensure cameras are installed safely and according to provided instructions.

Intellectual Property

All Atlas Alert software, AI models, trademarks, logos, website content, graphics, videos, and documentation are owned by Atlas Alert or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Alert shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of animals, profits, business interruption, or data, arising from the use of the Services.
