Warranty Coverage

Atlas Alert warrants that your camera will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original delivery date.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects.
• Hardware failures during normal intended use.
• Components that fail because of defects in workmanship.

What Is Not Covered

• Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Damage caused by fire, flooding, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality.
• Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your Atlas Alert camera has a manufacturing defect, contact our support team before returning the product. We may request troubleshooting steps, photos, videos, or proof of purchase before authorizing a warranty claim.

Replacement or Repair

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Atlas Alert will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent product, or provide another appropriate remedy as permitted by applicable law.

Shipping

Customers may be responsible for securely packaging the product when returning it for inspection. Atlas Alert will provide return instructions after a claim has been approved.

Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Except where prohibited by law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty provided for Atlas Alert hardware.
