Subscription Billing: Atlas Alert subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting Atlas Alert Support. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund charges already processed unless required by law or otherwise stated in a written promotion.

Renewals

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

Hardware

Your Atlas Alert cameras continue to function as hardware, but AI monitoring and subscription features require an active subscription.

Price Changes

Atlas Alert may update subscription pricing in the future. Any changes will not take effect until your next renewal date, and you will be notified in advance when required.
