Commission is calculated once on the first camera and subscription payment after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Annual checkout includes 12 months of subscription; monthly checkout includes the first month. Renewals are not included.

Who can I refer?
New Atlas Alert customers only. Referrals of existing customers and purchases by existing customers do not qualify for the 25% referral offer or referral rewards. Your friend must use the invited email address and the emailed discount code at checkout.
When are my rewards finalized?
All rewards, including your gift card reward and subscription credit, stay pending during the 60-day return period. After 60 days, once the return period ends, eligible rewards are finalized and your gift card is sent. Returned or refunded purchases do not earn rewards on the returned or refunded portion.
How do I track my referral?
Check the referral area inside the Atlas Alert app to see your referral’s progress and the date the 60-day return period ends, when eligible rewards can be finalized.
What is a camera-month?
One month of monitoring for one camera. If you have two active cameras and refer five cameras, you earn two full months free for both cameras, then 50% off the following month. Regular billing resumes after that.
Does their billing plan change my subscription reward?
No. The number of cameras purchased determines your subscription credit. Choosing annual billing can increase your gift card reward because more subscription revenue is paid in the first order.
Where does my friend find the discount code?
Your friend’s 25% discount code is in the invitation email sent through the app. The app lets you send invitations; it does not display the code. Your friend should use that code and check out with the same email you invited so the referral can be matched.
What if I pay annually?
Your credit extends your current paid monitoring term. For example, if you have two active cameras and refer eight cameras, you earn an equivalent four-month extension and your renewal moves back accordingly.
